Waukegan Savings Bank Scholarship Program

Waukegan Savings Bank Scholarships are awarded on the basis of scholastic achievement.  Individual awards for the academic year of 2011 - 2012 will be given in May 2012. 

Eligibility Requirements

Scholarships are very competitive.  Applicants must have a minimum GPA of 3.5 and be a senior in high school.

Application Procedures and Deadlines

All applicants must submit the Waukegan Savings Bank Scholarship Application, including the required supporting documents by April 8, 2012.  Click here to download a WSB Scholarship Application.  

Selection Criteria

Every aspect of the application is important.  The Scholarship Committee considers many factors:  academic performance, faculty recommendations, and demonstrated career aspirations through the vita or resume submission. 

Notification of Awards

Recipients of Waukegan Savings Bank Scholarships will be notified by May 24, 2012.
