WSB Teams Up With Park District For 2012 Polar Bear Plunge

December 2011:  Waukegan Savings Bank is pleased to team up with the Waukegan Park District for the 2012 Polar Bear Plunge.  Proceeds benefit Waukegan athletic and scholarship programs for the Special Recreation Services of Northern Lake County.  The first 500 taking the plunge will receive an event shirt.  Food and hot chocolate will be sold on site.  Please call 847-360-4763 for more information and to find out how to join the Pledging Program.  Onsite registration begins at 9:00 am.

 WSB-102.3XLC/WKRS Holiday Coat Drive

November 2011:  Waukegan Savings Bank is pleased to team up with 102.3XLC and WKRS (1220AM) for our Annual Holiday Coat Drive.  Beginning December 6, people can begin dropping off coats at a WSB location or WXLC/WKRS studios though December 24.  All donations will be made to the Salvation Army.

2012 Scholarship Application Submission Begins

October 2011:  Waukegan Savings Bank is now accepting scholarship applications for 2011 - 2012 graduating high school seniors.  To learn requirements necessary to submit an application, click here.

 "Paint The Town" with 93.9 Lite-FM

September 2011:  WSB is pleased to participate in Delilah's Paint The Town event.  Delilah, a nationally syndicated talk show host (her show airs locally on WLIT-FM 93.9 The Lite), annually identifies a business district in each market her shows airs that could use some attention and a “facelift”.  Chicago’s town chosen is Waukegan.  On Saturday, October 15th, join The Home Depot, 93.9 Lite FM, Waukegan Savings Bank, and hundreds of volunteers as we will rejuvenate downtown Waukegan's North Genesee Street with a fresh coat of paint!  If you've only got one hour or the whole day available, we'd love to have you, your family, and any friends come and volunteer. 

Waukegan Savings Bank Teams Up With Waukegan Leadership Council

Join Us This Month For The 93.9 WLIT-FM Listener Lunch In Lincolnshire

July 2011:  Join us for the 93.9 WLIT-FM Listener Lunch in Lincolnshire Wednesday, July 20th 11:30am - 1:30pm.  The event is located at One Overlook Point in the Lincolnshire Corporate Center.  Listeners that attend will have the chance to learn more about WSB loan programs and deposit solutions, network with other professionals, and eat lunch courtesy of Lite-FM.
